1. Participate in all training programs and gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and operations.
2. Learning the company's policies, procedures, and business operations through training and hands-on experience.
3. Participating in cross-functional projects and collaborating with colleagues from different departments to gain experience in various aspects of the business
4. Assisting senior management in the implementation, execution, evaluation and monitoring of company policies and procedures
5. Assisting senior management in various tasks such as budgeting, forecasting and marketing
6. Perform market research, analyze data and prepare reports on business trends and opportunities and analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
7. Attend meetings and presentations to gain exposure to different aspects of the business and contribute to discussions on business strategies and operations
8. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and management
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, and ethical conduct
10. Meeting performance goals and completing required training modules
11. Developing skills in leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving.
12. Preparing for a future role as a manager or executive within the company.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by the senior management

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Art Management, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated and eager to learn

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
